ASSISTANT ESTIMATOR/BIDDER - NEW CONSTRUCTION
Job Function: This position is responsible for performing support-level estimating and job bidding for new residential HVAC projects as well as the logging, tracking and follow-up to such bids. This position also supports our hydronic heating department in a similar role when so assigned. The ideal candidate will perform assigned day-to-day estimating, formal proposal and contract preparation, builder file maintenance and production of job specification sheets in the most efficient, cost-effective and timely manner.

HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Job Function: This position is responsible for performing day-to-day servicing of HVAC products and equipment as dispatched by the Service Coordinator in the most efficient, cost-effective and customer-oriented manner. The ideal candidate will analyze, diagnose and resolve customer service and repair needs, and will perform service/repair functions in a timely and efficient manner.
